General Refund Policy

At Zero Gravity, we strive to provide exceptional services and products that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds for our services and products.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation within the stipulated cooling-off period
  • Technical issues that prevent the delivery of our services
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Failure to deliver services as described in our agreement

Refunds are typically not provided for:

  • Services that have already been partially or fully rendered
  • Change of mind after the cooling-off period has expired
  • Failure to provide necessary information or cooperation required for service delivery
  • Third-party costs or expenses that we have already incurred on your behalf

Cooling-off Period

For most of our services, we provide a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. During this period, you may cancel your service and request a full refund, provided that no substantial work has begun on your project.

If work has already commenced during the cooling-off period, we reserve the right to deduct costs for work already completed from any refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@zerogravity.org.in with your request
  2. Provide your order reference number and details of the service or product
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted when:

  • Only part of the service has been delivered or is functional
  • There are minor issues that don't justify a full refund but still impact service quality
  • You have used a portion of a subscription or service package

The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on the extent of the service delivered and the nature of the issue.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are only provided for the current billing period if canceled within the first 7 days
  • Annual subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee
  • No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods after the money-back guarantee period

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not provide refunds for digital downloads, software, or digital content once they have been accessed or downloaded, unless they are defective or not as described.

Custom Services

For custom-developed services or products:

  • Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Refunds for custom work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • If a project is canceled mid-development, you may be responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date

Important Note

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you believe you have received a service that is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our decision regarding a refund request, you may escalate your concern by:

  1. Requesting a review by a senior manager by emailing management@zerogravity.org.in
  2. If still unresolved, you may seek mediation through alternative dispute resolution services

Policy Changes

Zero Gravity reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. For existing customers, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to their transaction.
